Michaela’s Biography

Hi my name is Michaela Halwachs, I am an outpatient therapist at Teri’s Health Services. I am licensed as an LMSW and I work with various populations and all ages! I have been in the mental health field for about 5 years now. The main focus in my work has been depression, anxiety management, substance use, and EMDR. 

I always knew I wanted to help others through difficult times or simply just improving their overall daily lives through the use of healthy coping practices. The compassion and care I have for others is driven by my faith. I always strive to meet my clients where they are at and work with clients in creating treatment plans that are supportive of their goals.
