Copay and Balance Collection

A balance must be paid at time of receipt of the invoice. Copay must be paid before visit occurs. You will be prompted to take care of your copay or balance prior to your visit. If you fail to pay your balance or copay your visit will be canceled and all visits on the schedule will be removed. Once the balance is paid in full you can resume your visits by calling the front desk and rescheduling or going onto the providers schedulers and requesting a visit that is open. Your last visit date and time is not guaranteed. You can pay your balance and copay in your patient portal or before your visit by calling the front desk or at check in for office visits. Please note THS will send your unpaid balance to collections if you fail to pay your balance after six attempts by our office to collect. We do not set up payment arrangements but we are registered with CareCredit that can help pay for your visit and provide you with finance options.
